I think this is a coypu, an amphibious rodent native to South America. They were roaming free at the zoo.
This seems to be a mara, another rodent native to Latin America. It looks kind of like a rabit but is a lot larger than American rabbits.
There were a ton of stray cats at the zoo and nearby parks.
